1. Who we are

IusSec, a trading name of IUSSEC, LLC, serves clients primarily in Florida and the wider United States. These terms govern use of iussec.com and the purchase of the Executive Assessment.

2. Executive Assessment conditions

The Executive Cyber, AI & Compliance Assessment is sold as a one-time paid engagement through this website.

Payment is taken immediately after intake. There is no qualification step between the intake form and payment.

3. Nature of the services & no attorney-client relationship

The Executive Assessment, Scorecards, roadmaps, and any consulting services provided by IUSSEC, LLC are strategic, technical, and governance advisory services. All conclusions, analyses, and recommendations constitute non-binding professional opinions.

They do not constitute legal advice, do not create an attorney-client relationship, and do not constitute a formal regulatory audit or statutory certification of conformity.

References made on this website or within deliverables to legal, regulatory, or technical frameworks — including the FTC Safeguards Rule, IRS WISP requirements, the EU Artificial Intelligence Act, and ISO/IEC standards — are for general informational and compliance-enablement purposes. You remain solely and exclusively responsible for your own legal, regulatory, and corporate compliance obligations. Engaging IUSSEC, LLC does not transfer or delegate your statutory compliance responsibilities to IUSSEC, LLC.

4. Disclaimer of warranties & limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Florida law:

(a) All services, deliverables, and website content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

(b) In no event shall IUSSEC, LLC, its members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to the services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

(c) The total, aggregate liability of IUSSEC, LLC arising out of or relating to these terms, the use of the website, or any service provided hereunder shall be limited exclusively to and shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by you to IUSSEC, LLC for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

5. Use of this website

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorized access to it or to the systems behind it. All content on iussec.com — text, images, logos, design, source code and structure — belongs to IUSSEC, LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed or adapted without prior written permission. The IusSec name and the phrase Where Law Meets Intelligence are distinctive signs of the site owner.

6. Availability and third parties

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website. Access may be affected by maintenance, technical updates or circumstances outside our control. This site links to and embeds third-party services — Stripe for payment, Tally for the questionnaire, Calendly for scheduling. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to those services.

7. Personal data & privacy

Personal data is collected, used, and processed strictly as set forth in our Privacy Policy. IUSSEC, LLC complies with applicable data protection and information-security laws based on the nature of the processing, the jurisdiction of the individuals involved, and the specific services provided, including, where legally applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Florida Information Protection Act (Fla. Stat. § 501.171).

8. Governing law, exclusive forum, and jury trial waiver

These Terms, and all claims or causes of action arising out of or related to these Terms or the services provided hereunder, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

The parties agree that any dispute, legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the services shall be instituted exclusively in the state courts situated in Pinellas County, Florida, or, where federal subject-matter jurisdiction exists, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida (Tampa Division). Each party irrevocably submits to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waives any defense of improper venue, lack of personal jurisdiction, or forum non conveniens.

Each party hereby expressly, knowingly, and voluntarily waives any constitutional or statutory right to a trial by jury in any action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services.

9. Severability & entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect any other provision, and these Terms shall be construed as if such invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision had never been contained herein. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and IUSSEC, LLC regarding the use of the website and the purchase of the Executive Assessment.
